Pheasey Park Farm Early Years Centre
Early Years Childcare Practitioner (Lunch Club) position available
Start date – January 2022 – TV50621
(10 hours per week, 39 weeks per year – Term Time)
(Actual salary £4703, FTE £18,667)
Monday to Friday 11:30am – 1:30pm
Pheasey Park Farm Primary School Early Years Centre is run by the Governors of Pheasey Park Farm School. The Early Years Centre is an integral part of the school offering support for families and child-care and was cited as ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted in March 2017.
We are now seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor.
The Nursery provides full day care provision for children aged 0 months to 4 years, as well as wraparound care for 3 and 4 year olds. The Centre also provides before and after school provision for primary aged children as well as some holiday clubs.
Key responsibilities for the Lunchtime Supervisor role include:
- Collecting hot meals from the school kitchen.
- Serving up the hot meals for the children.
- Supporting all children with being independent at lunchtime.
- To support children in the childcare rooms during staff lunch times.
- To assist staff in providing lunchtime supervision.
- To unload and reload dishwasher and tidy kitchen area following lunchtime.
The post will work under the direction of the Early Years Centre Manager/Senior Assistant Head Teacher and the successful applicant will be required to attend relevant training.
Successful applicants will be a team player and need to be efficient in their role.

Relevant medical clearance will also be required for successful candidates.
