Elms Farm Community Primary School is looking for a caring and pro-active learning mentor to further

strengthen our Pastoral Team. At our school: ‘Pupils are happy and safe. They are extremely well behaved in school. We have an established pastoral team who provide daily support for pupils & families throughout the school. Our learning mentor will work directly with pupils to support their holistic development and provide targeted support for families through Early Help.

We are looking for:

 somebody who is passionate about the pastoral care of pupils, including those with additional needs

 someone with experience supporting a range of pupils across the primary phase

 a confident practitioner, able to support our families and engage the community in wider school events

 an organised, innovative, confident practitioner with good interpersonal skills

 a practitioner who understands safeguarding procedures
