Programme Management Officer – Impact and other projects - Ref: RT12721
Salary: G10 £37,890 - £42,821 per annum
Fixed Term post until December 2023

This post is based within the Resources and Transformation Directorate and is part funded by the Black Country Impact Programme.  

The Resources and Transformation Directorate is responsible for delivering a variety of exciting large scale programmes throughout Walsall. Including the EU funded Impact programme, which aims to support 1000’s of local people into positive outcomes, including; work, training and apprenticeships.

If successful this would only be part of your role, as we look to develop and deliver a range of exciting new projects that links to and utilises a range of new government funding including; the Towns Fund and the yet to be launched UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated officer to join our team, who is capable of developing and driving forward a number of exciting Walsall and Black Country wide programmes and projects.

You should be an experienced project manager, with experience of managing externally funded programmes, including the European Social Fund, and be able to build and develop strong partnerships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders.

If you are able to manage a demanding portfolio, are adaptable in changing circumstances and possess excellent administration and organisational skills, we would welcome your application.
