An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hoople Desktop Support team, supporting a wide range of public sector and private sector customers including Herefordshire Council and Wye Valley NHS Trust.

You will work in a large Desktop support team resolving customer ICT queries and issues in relation to desktop hardware/peripherals and software both remotely and on site across 100+ sites primarily throughout Herefordshire. You will have demonstrable desktop support skills, be focused on customer delivery, and be experienced in working to SLAs. You will be able to support projects(e.g. Hardware & Software deployments) and have the ability to travel to customer sites.

This full time role is specifically looking for a flexible approach to working hours and will include rota based shift working until 20:00(weekdays) and rota based shift work out of hours/weekend/Bank Holiday work.
