Lead Examination Invigilator
Redhill School is a successful 11-16 mixed non-selective school situated in Stourbridge in the West Midlands. OFSTED (Nov 2011) identified the school as Outstanding in all key areas and in March 2013 the school was awarded Teaching School status which is entirely in keeping with our commitment to developing the best practice in teaching and learning in our own school and the wider educational community.
We are currently looking to recruit highly committed and enthusiastic Lead Exam Invigilators to ensure that exams/tests are carried out according to the rules set down. Successful candidates will work under the overall guidance of the Exams/Data Manager but may be expected to invigilate without supervision.
The successful candidate will be:
Able to command attention and make announcements
Maintain a good standard of general education to be able to answer queries
Possess good timekeeping and organisation skills
Be familiar with and apply school policies and procedures on exams and ensure adherence by students
Adept at responding appropriately to behaviour issues and manage pupil behaviour.
Full training will be given.
