Russells Hall Primary School are looking to recruit a Site Manager to work alongside our supportive staff. We have 412 pupils on role in school. School is open from 6am - 6pm plus lettings.

We invite applications from experienced Site Managers with high expectations and good quality of workmanship. The successful candidate will join our enthusiastic and dedicated team and support the aims, ethos of Russells Hall Primary School.

Occasions may arise, especially in severe weather, when an earlier start time may be needed. There are also lettings during the evening for which there are separate arrangements. This will be paid based on the hourly rate. The school has a commitment to working with the community.

Part - Time Site Manager - 16 Hours Per Week

This post is non-residential role.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post. We welcome applications regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion.

Candidates should have experience of working within an educational establishment and maintaining high levels of health and safety. You will need experience of carrying out risk assessments, leading on routine maintenance checks and report any concerns to the Head Teacher/Business Manager.

As Site Manager you will act as head of security on a day to day basis. You will need to be passionate about promoting a safe and welcoming atmosphere for children, staff and any third party agent working with the school.
