Are you resilient, robust and resourceful? Honest, reliable, compassionate? Flexible, fun and hard-working?  If your answer is yes then we would like you to consider a career in children’s residential services.

For us no two days are the same, for example tonight involves:

  • Helping cook the tea
  • Helping with homework
  • Playing football in the garden

But tomorrow may bring:-

  • Attending meetings
  • Addressing challenging behaviour
  • Writing reports

So if the hat fits, read on...
