We are a school for pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex behaviours based in Olton, with a Satellite centre at Green Lane in Shirley.  We are looking to recruit two Personal support assistants to start as soon as possible, based at our Reynalds Cross site.

You will have the ability to show empathy, patience and understanding when dealing with pupils with a range of learning difficulties, complex medical needs and behavioural challenges.  You will be required to act on initiative and provide support during teaching time and through free choice times.  You will be asked to follow pupil care plans and carry out personal care needs and hygiene, therefore you will need a good general level of physical fitness due to the active requirements of the role.

Previous experience of working in a school or special school environment would be helpful.

So if you have a flexible attitude and skills to work as a team member we would love to hear from you.  Please email your completed form to recruitment@reynalds-cross.solihull.sch.uk
