Lunchtime Supervisor

Band A1 - Pro Rata – 8.5 hours a week (Term Time Only)  
Permanent (required to start as soon as possible) 

Our Lady of Compassion School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, is looking for an inspiring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our school.

We are looking for someone who is professional, engaging, dynamic and self-motivated; a professional who is committed to providing a positive lunchtime experience to our children and who is eager to work alongside a friendly and hardworking team. They will be responsible for leading play activities and for the safety and welfare of our children in the dining hall, playground or classroom during lunchtime.  

The successful applicant will: 

preferably have experience of working in a school environment or with children 
be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class care 
be able to work under own initiative  
be a reflective and flexible practitioner 
bring vision, innovation and enthusiasm to lunchtimes 
be able to relate well to children and be sympathetic to their needs 
uphold and work to the whole school behaviour policy and ensure the safety of all pupils at lunchtimes 
contribute to the development of the school in raising standards 
work effectively with our staff team at OLC 
have awareness of strict hygiene procedures
