Job Title:     Legal Property Manager
Salary:        £32,334 - £39,880
Part-Time:     30 Hours
Location:     County Hall, Worcester
Permanent 


The Role:

We are a friendly legal team providing a high quality service and need to recruit a lawyer to head our in-house Legal Property Team. 

You will be responsible for managing the three staff in our conveyancing team as well as being the lead adviser on property and commons/village green registration matters. 

This role would suit someone experienced at this level, but would also suit someone with some experience of commercial and general conveyancing who would like to develop in a more senior, managerial role.
