The Role

Bedworth Heath Nursery School is a LA maintained Nursery School, with over 100 children on roll.

We have 2-3 year old and 3-4 year old nursery environments.

We have been consistently successful - our Ofsted inspection in March 2019 recognised us as an Outstanding again and commented "The passion you and your whole team have for early education, combined with hard work and commitment, has made sure that the outstanding provision and excellent outcomes recognised at the time of the last inspection have been sustained.

In fact, the nursery has continued to evolve and offers outstanding provision that has been further enhanced so that every child, regardless of need, can benefit from the exceptional care and education you provide.

The moral purpose shown by the whole staff team is second to none" The Governors are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated early years teaching assistant with SEND responsibilities to join our successful federation

Fixed term contract end date: 31 August 2022

Possible extension to the Fixed Term Contract.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will be dedicated to improving outcomes for a child/children and providing support for the family and working closely with wider professionals. The person will provide support for both the learning and social/emotional needs of the child and deliver interventions.

Experience in recently working within an educational setting and SEND experience is essential. We are looking forward to finding someone to work within our outstanding team.

Staff wellbeing is at the core of our federation ethos and we hope we can offer you an opportunity to continue to extend your professional development, within a kind, warm and nurturing working environment.
