Attendance Officer

Salary Scale SC5 (point range 12-17)

37 hours per week, term time weekdays only plus the school training days

The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to work at King Charles I School and promote excellent attendance and further reduce levels of absence so that all students achieve their full potential. 

The post holder will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies. Experience within a school attendance role is advantageous but not essential. Practical experience of using word processing, email, excel and other IT applications is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with children and adults at all levels, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. It is vital they are able to prioritise their workload whilst working under pressure and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
