To help us achieve that, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our friendly and thriving HR operations team. We are looking for a confident HR practitioner to join our established HR team made up of people who are passionate about providing the best customer service and who genuinely love HR.

You will be an effective communicator (both written and verbal) and experienced at adapting your style to the needs of different audiences. You will be confident and proficient in writing complex letters, reports and policies as well as designing and delivering training.

You will need:

• A level 7 CIPD Diploma in HR or have relevant experience.
• A flexible and resilient approach to work.
• Substantial experience of providing a professional generalist HR service, advising across a full range of employment matters.
• Expert and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
