Contract: Permanent, Term-time only (38 weeks) Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 12.30pm to 4pm)

Starting Salary: Actual Salary £7072 per annum (FTE £17,842)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school, which was graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted and ‘Outstanding’ by the Diocese.
We are a happy and welcoming school looking to appoint an experienced, efficient and organised Clerical Assistant with excellent inter-personal skills, a sense of humour and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate should be conscientious, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within our busy office. Experience of a school based office role would be ideal, but not essential.

We are looking to appoint an individual who has experience of:
- undertaking reception duties with strong communication skills
- liaising with parents, visitors, external agencies and members of the school's learning community
- undertaking routine administrative and clerical procedures
- accurately maintaining manual & computerised records/management information systems
- operating office equipment with good ICT skills/knowledge
- working constructively as part of a team
