Catering Manager 32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) term time only

Christ Church CE c Primary is committed to providing an excellent catering service.  Our fabulous catering team serve over 300 lunches per day. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced person who will work closely with the staff and students to work together to continually develop our catering provision.

  • Candidates must be capable of developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative ideas to further our catering provision.
  • You will be motivated by a passion for quality coupled with the highest standards in food production, presentation and service.
  • You must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of practical cooking in a large-scale environment, budget management experience, excellent management skills and good IT skills
  • Effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer care are essential, as is the ability to work and lead as part of a team.

Essential Qualification:  NVQ2 or equivalent (catering)

Desirable Qualification: Level 3 Food Safety
