The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Pastoral Assistant to join our team of highly motivated professionals who are working collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stage 3. This is a fantastic opportunity for inspiring and aspirational individuals to join a creative, supportive pastoral team. The successful candidate will support Head of Years in their strategic work with behaviour and attendance. Within their role they will assistant the Head of Year as well as leading and facilitating effective group work and intervention programmes.
