We are looking for an extremely organised and motivated individual who will play a vital role in supporting the SENCO to ensure the best possible SEN provision is provided for our students.  The successful candidate will be required to assist the SENCO in quality assurance, lead on a specified area of the SEN department, as well as supporting and mentoring a small team of Learning Support Assistants.

The successful individual should have an understanding of specific learning needs and styles and be confident in providing differentiated support to our students both individually and within a group.
