Job Details

Whitmore Park is a large 3 form entry school situated in the North West of the City.  We are a happy forward thinking school, passionate about ensuring all children have access to a high quality education in a safe and stimulating environment.  Our school works hard to support and inspire all of our pupils. An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a School Business Manager with a proven track record in leading a number of school teams. The individual will also be required to support the senior leadership team and contribute to all aspects of strategic planning

The successful applicants will work closely with the school’s leadership team and governors to build on the school successes and continue to move forward so that every child fulfils their potential.

We are looking for someone who:
•    Will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop the strategic vision of the school
•    Is resilient under pressure with a high level of commitment
•    Has experience in a leadership capacity, including responsibility for human resources matters
•    Lead on all aspects of school business including finance and budgeting, premises management, health & safety, and HR
•    Will lead and develop the marketing of our school to maximise income, including securing external bids.

We have the highest expectation of our staff and pupils, with a strong commitment to promoting their well-being. We offer high quality CPD for all of our staff which is at the core of the school ethos.

Our curriculum is based on value-led education with pupil involvement, enjoyment and achievement at its heart.
