We are excited to offer 3 Duty Manager opportunities with Solihull Connect Contact Services Front Line Team, working across our sites at Chelmsley Wood, Solihull and Shirley.

We have 2 x full time (37 hours) and a part time (22.2 hours) vacancies available.

The Solihull Connect Service is the at the heart of our organisation. Our teams perform a key role in enabling Solihull Council to deliver on its promise to improve lives by delivering great services to residents across the Solihull borough.

People are at the heart of everything we do and as Duty Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that we deliver a seamless service to all customers. This will involve leading and motivating staff, dealing with and resolving complex complaints and sensitive situations, and supporting the Team Managers by analysing and reporting on performance and statistical data.

 

Enthusiastic passionate and customer focused you will also have:

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification or be able demonstrate an equivalent level of customer service knowledge obtained through extended experience and training
  • Extensive experience in a diverse customer service environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of analysing and reporting data.
  • Able to work on both your own initiative and as part of team in order to organise, manage, supervise and motivate staff.
