We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance and Performance Officer to join our friendly and dedicated team working with partners across the region to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. 

Offered on a fixed term basis until September 2023, this high profile role will be responsible for providing high quality performance monitoring, quality assurance and communications functions, as well as providing project support to other aspects of the LSCP’s work in order to ensure the LSCP meets its priorities.   

To be successful in the role you must have a degree or through extended experience be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of skill and knowledge. Possessing previous experience of quality assurance and performance, you will have proven research and data analysis skills that will help us to challenge and drive forward continuous improvement across the partnership. Strong communication skills are also key and you must be able to confidently develop and maintain relationships across a variety of stakeholders including health, social care and the police.
