The Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant/Midday Supervisor as soon as possible to work in our Foundation Unit.

This is initially a fixed term role for 2 terms however the role will be extended for the right candidate. Although this is for a full time post, applications are welcomed from candidates who may wish to work on a job-share/part time basis. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but a passion for achieving the best outcomes for all children is more important. Experience and/or knowledge or working in an EYFS setting is desirable.

We are a large rural primary split over 3 sites with KS1 and KS2 at Monks Kirby, nursery provision in the village of Harborough Magna and a Reception Unit in the village of Brinklow. We are committed to outdoor learning and have an extensive school grounds at Monks Kirby with an extremely warm, welcoming and supportive staff team.
