We are seeking to appoint, an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Assistant for a maternity cover.

The temporary post is for a period of 52 weeks, or will be on the return of the substantive postholder following maternity leave, whichever is sooner.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee administrative tasks relating to student support in school. You will be responsible for dealing with staff, pupils, parents and externals agencies. This role will focus upon student related systems and processes in school which will require excellent administrative and communication skills. We invite candidates who can demonstrate their ability to offer excellent all-round student support and communication in a busy environment.  The ability to communicate effectively with our students whilst working with our structures, using your own initiative and being proactive is essential.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification and will be subject to pre-employment checks including a health check, an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
