The Land Charges office is seeking to appoint a Land Charges Assistant to deal with the administration aspect of the Land Charges function.

The work will be interesting and varied dealing with the receipt and processing of local land charge searches and registrations. The work involves working with and interpreting forms and maps.

The post holder will work to a high standard ensuring accuracy at all times and have good oral and written communication skills.

The post holder will also provide support to other Land Charges Staff and deal with general duties within the office.
