We are looking for an educational psychologist to join our small but expanding team.
Are you a committed and hardworking EP, passionate about applying psychology to support children and young people in their schools? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic psychologist who places relationships at the heart of their approach to their work.
We are continuing to expand our traded work with schools and in particular the training we offer to schools. Whilst there is a focus on statutory work, we are looking for an EP who can adapt, be innovative and develop strong links with schools.
The successful candidate will need to be able to provide quality assessments but also problem solving and preventative work that schools are willing to commission. If this sounds like you, please apply.
We provide excellent IT services, a high level of autonomy and generous flexible working practices.
We are committed to CPD and personal development, and hope the successful candidate will develop an area of specialism suited to their skills and interests. Applicants must be professionally qualified and HCPC registered.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required.
We welcome applications from EP’s in training, currently in their third year of study.
We welcome applications from any qualified EP’s wishing to work on a case by case basis as one of our associates.
For an informal discussion please contact Kamran Khan, PEP on 01432260722.
We welcome applicants whatever their personal characteristics or social identity. All requests for flexible working arrangements and reasonable adjustments will be considered.
The following candidates will be interviewed if they meet the essential criteria for the post they are applying for:
• Those who indicate that they have a disability. This is part of our commitment to the “Disability Confident” scheme;
• Those who indicate in their supporting statement that they are an Armed Forces Veteran or Reservist. This is part of our pledge to support the Armed Forces Covenant; and
• Those who indicate in their supporting statement that they are a Herefordshire care leaver. This is part of our commitment to supporting young people leaving our care.
