Greswold is a large and very popular primary school in central Solihull which provides an inclusive learning community where every child really does matter.

We are looking to appoint 2 Child Specific Learning Support Assistants, with experience of working with a child with Down Syndrome, to work as part of our Year 4 team. The positions will commence as soon as possible and will be child specific contracts. There are 2 roles available: 
The first role is for 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, exclusive of INSET days, from 08:30 – 13:00. 
The second role is for 17.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, exclusive of INSET days, from 12.00 – 15.30. 

Ideally candidates must have NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching and Learning or the equivalent, while a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential (GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent).  The position will be paid on Band C point 8 - 14 currently £20,493 – £23,080 pro rata dependant on qualifications and experience.
