We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and organised individual to the post of School Business Administrator and Receptionist within the Secondary phase of this outstanding, all-age special school catering for pupils with visual impairments.

The post will involve the provision of support to the Headteacher including daily management of front reception and ensuring the effective administration of the school with specific responsibility the Management information Systems (MIS) infrastructure, Data Protection administration, Office Management, EHCP information collation and school census.

We encourage the active participation of parents/carers in their child’s education and ensuring effective communication with home is a key part of this position. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
