About The Role
A suitably qualified Business Manager to work as part of Senior Team in our outstanding Special Schools for pupils with moderate/ severe learning difficulties.

Candidates should have: 
•    a good standard of literacy and numeracy 
•    excellent IT, organisational and communication skills 
•    experience in all aspects of budget management and organisation 
•    experience in Human Resource management 
•    experience of managing a school building and site team
•    experience of supporting the implementation of absence processes
•    experience of successfully leading teams of staff
•    the ability to work within a team, be flexible and able to work under pressure
