The Reablement Service supports Worcestershire residents to live healthy and independent lives in their community. Our approach is to offer short-term intensive support to enable individuals to learn how to live their lives as independently as they can and support them to regain independence during the period of support. We focus on what people can do and build on these skills. We will make sure people receive the right support at the right time to help them live independently at home for as long as possible.

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Support Officer to work within the Reablement Contact Centre to provide Clerical, Administration and Customer Contact Support for the service.

You will have excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, the ability to prioritise work load, and be first point of contact into the service. You will be liaising with clients, their families, assistants, Social Workers and NHS partners amongst others. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount. You will be assisting colleagues within the service to provide the support that the individuals referred to us need to regain as much of their independence as possible.

The Reablement Contact Centre is open from 07:00 until 22:00 365 days of the year and you will work on a rota during these hours to include weekends & public holidays.
