£19,312 - £19,698 per annum
37 Hours per week – Permanent
Business Support Administrator – grade 4.
Children and Families are looking for someone to work 37 hours a week undertaking the admin processes within the Access to Services and Family Support Service.
The primary role of the post will be to undertake the admin processes as part of the Information Sharing Log. This involves carrying out the lateral checks for individual agencies on behalf of the County Council in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Stone. The role will also support all of the business support requirements for the Emergency Duty Service and the wider children’s service.
GCSE English and a NVQ 2 in Business Administration are essential. Good written and oral communication skills, an ability to undertake a number of areas of work, an ability to interpret, format and accurately present information, time management skills and experience of working to deadlines are also essential.
The post is based within the Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub based in Stone and as such will be subject to the MASH police vetting process.
