The Role

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in KS1 supporting a child with an EHCP for specific needs.
You will need to support the child with the needs identified in the EHCP and enable them to operate with increasing independence.
You should be able to implement a range of strategies to make a positive difference, working as part of an experienced team.

Hours are 19hrs per week - TA1 9-12pm Monday to Friday and 1.15-3.15pm 2 days per week and MDS (12-1.15pm) Monday - Friday.

Key Requirements

The Successful candidate should:
Have prior experience of working in an infant school
Be willing to undertake CPD and implement advice from a range of staff and professionals
Be positive and consistent with managing relationships and behaviour
Model and uphold our school values

It would be desirable if the successful candidate had positive experience of working with pupils with SEND in an inclusive way.
