BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT – PRACTITIONER TEAMS    

Salary:  £18,562 - £18,933 per annum - Pro rota - Grade 3

22 Hours per week – Permanent position – to work 3 days a week.

We are looking to appoint a Business Support Assistant – Practitioner Teams to work 3 days week to support the South and East Fostering teams based in Lichfield.

This role will focus on providing a range of core administrative and financial functions to support practitioners and you will be a first point of contact for enquiries. You will use departmental databases and financial systems and the full range of Microsoft packages as part of your daily administrative work.

Duties will include:

Monitoring and maintaining ICT systems including the input and retrieval of data

Production of documents to a high standard of accuracy

Providing the Fostering Teams with business support in their processes around supporting Staffordshire’s Foster Carers.

Undertaking a range of administrative duties and customer care duties.
