An opportunity now exists within Accountancy supporting Chief Executive Services for a driven and highly professional Accountancy Assistants who will compliment and support the continued development of Financial Services within Dudley.

Hours: 37 per week, permanent 

Salary: Grade 6  (£22,183 to £24,492) per annum

Location: Dudley Town Centre and working from home

As an Accountancy Assistant, you will be involved in the preparation and reporting of budgets, closure of accounts and the provision of monitoring information and statistical information to Budget Holders. You will be expected to work as part of a team, have strong communication skills and be responsible for organising your own work.

As an AAT qualified individual or actively studying for the final stages of the qualification, you should have budgeting and accounting experience. You will possess good Excel/IT skills. You will be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to support colleagues in order to achieve tight deadlines and targets. You will have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to understand and analyse financial data.
