We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy revenue team.

The post holder will assist with recovery activities to
ensure that any overdue amounts of Council Tax, Non – Domestic Rates, 
Housing Rents, Housing Benefit, Overpayment and Sundry Debts are collected
promptly.

Good communication skills are essential along with the ability to understand
and apply complex processes whilst working to tight deadlines.

The post holder will be required to deal with customer enquiries by telephone,
composing non-standard letters and conducting face to face interviews at the
Town Hall as necessary.

It is essential that applicants have recent and relevant experience of working
within a local taxation or debt collection environment.
