Job Details

The Learning and Development Partnership works across the social care provider sector to support services in developing, training and supporting staff. Roles include delivering training needs analysis, commissioning training, delivering training, delivering webinars, designing eLearning, developing conferences, evaluating training and impact on services. Other roles include working with managers to access qualifications, grants, information from other organisations to inform their own company. The Partnership works in a flexible way to meet the needs of the market at any time.


 

Learning and Development Consultant - Social Care Services

This post is 18 months fixed term or secondment opportunity. You will manage an allocation of providers sharing information and best practice, carry out training needs and business analysis. You will commission or deliver training projects, monitor and evaluate training. The role requires you to attend meetings with Muti-Agency providers including NHS, CQC. You will be required to travel to providers.


 

Your Skills and Experience


 

You'll have extensive experience working across social care services with knowledge of the regulatory requirements to inform development plans.

You will need experience in delivering development sessions as well as commissioning and evaluating training. You will need to be a good communicator both written and verbal. You need to work flexibly to meet the needs of service.


 

Please note the post holder must be double vaccinated against Covid 19, it is mandatory for this role and therefore evidence of this will be required.


 


 

The Learning and Development Consultant - Children and Young People

This post is one-year fixed term or secondment opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with provider services developing staff skills and knowledge to provide quality services to young people of Warwickshire.


You will work closely with colleges from the quality team, Ofsted and other partners to collate information enabling you to support managers to develop training needs analysis to inform the development needs. You will commission and deliver training to meet the needs of the services to enhance quality.  You will manage allocated development project from planning right through to impact evaluation.


 

Your skills and experience

You’ll have extensive experience working across children and young people services, with strong knowledge of Ofsted and other regulatory requirements to inform development needs.  You will need experience in delivering development sessions as well as commissioning and evaluating training.
