Leader of Additional Needs (SENDCo)

Full Time / Permanent

Salary Range: Teachers Leadership Scale 1 -3 (£42,194 – £44,330)

The Post We are seeking to appoint a full time Leader of Additional Needs Faculty (SENDCo), who possess the qualities to shape the delivery of Additional Needs provision across the academy. Working closely with a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed team of practitioners, the successful candidate will ensure that all pupils, including those with special educational needs, difficulties or disabilities, have access to the full range of curriculum provision and educational resources. 

The post is an ideal opportunity for an experienced teacher who is not only highly motivated, but also an inspiring practitioner whose inclusive and enthusiastic practice generates a desire to succeed in all pupils. A reduced teaching timetable will be provided.
