  • Fixed-term 24 month opportunity - Business Support Officer in the PURE team (Adult Social Care Directorate).

 

An exciting Business Support Officer opportunities available at Birmingham City Council with the Adult Social Care ‘PURE Project’ team (contract to Dec 2023).  We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team to provide administrative support including the development and application of project management techniques to the projects we are currently working on.  These are varied roles and will include financial administration, liaison with internal and external customers, and the production of letters, reports, and presentations.  The ideal candidates will be suited to working as part of a busy team and be flexible and responsive to the ever-changing needs of the businesses. The successful candidate must be ready to support staff within the business using business-relevant knowledge and skills, to give advice and help facilitate the maintenance, development, and rollout of systems/processes, and to ensure that staff receive support in the use and maintenance of business applications.   The PURE project supports citizens aged 25+with multiple and complex barriers who are furthest from the labour market into employment, training or education.
