Providing PPA cover in our 2 year old and 3 year old nurseries and also for a Reception class

We are looking for a HLTA with established experience in Nursery and Reception. We would like to appoint an experienced practitioner who:

  • Is passionate about the development of early learning skills 
  • Has an excellent classroom presence
  • Can show a commitment to raising achievement for our children
  • Has excellent behaviour management strategies
  • Is able to cover teach classes
  • Is able to support staff members within the team

Work Pattern

35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 Teacher Training days (39 weeks)

To ideally start on 4th January 2022

Fixed term to cover Maternity Leave

We are looking for an exceptional and talented candidate to join our Early Years team, with the creativity, commitment and enthusiasm for Early Years in this exciting and purposeful learning environment.  

You will be employed directly by the school, and under the direction of our Assistant Head Teacher for Early Years. You will work as part of a team to deliver exciting and appropriate play, learning and development opportunities in a safe and caring environment.

You will be expected to hold a minimum of relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification, have experience and comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted requirements and standards, knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Early Years outcomes will be an essential requirement. A RWI practitioner would be advantageous.
