Progress Coach
Salary scale: G – £19,000 - £21,000 Per year, Pro Rata
37 hours per week, 39 working weeks

A vacancy has arisen for a Progress Coach based at Hartshill School.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will:
•Be able to follow routines and processes as directed and provide appropriate academic support to students.
•Support implementation of operational/strategic plans relating to learning support team.
•Experience of working effectively with children/young people and providing support.
•Some experience working with a range of professionals to promote children/young people’s learning or welfare.
•Understanding/knowledge of equal opportunities, Special Educational Needs and Safeguarding.
•Some knowledge of the theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of students.
