We are looking to appoint an adaptable enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning and be part of our dedicated team. It is important that you are an effective team worker and committed to developing exciting learning experiences for the children. You will have experience of carrying out impactful intervention in KS2 and supporting vulnerable learners to achieve.

The person will be employed initially to work within key stage ‘1’ Expertise of working in this key stage is required.

However, they must be prepared to work across key stages to meet the needs of the School. You will have good oral and written skills, be able to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents and be committed to caring for children’s needs. You will be confident in maths, working with small groups of children, be a team player and be able to act on your own initiative. There will be a requirement to cover classes for up to two sessions per week.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
