Walsall Council, a unitary authority, provides a wide variety of litigious work within a reasonable geographical area. You will be working with a highly motivated, close knit and well supported team.
An opportunity has arisen to join a highly motivated but very busy Employment and Litigation team. The post holder will be required to manage their own case load in employment and litigation matters, to attend various courts and Tribunals and to undertake advocacy as required. Experience in complex civil, criminal and employment law is essential to this post.
There are excellent opportunities for the successful candidate to develop their careers within the council.
