Permanent position

The Governors of The King’s CofE Academy are seeking to appoint a School Leadership Support Officer to provide high quality, administrative support for senior leaders and co-ordinate the marketing of the academy.

The post will involve:

  • Providing confidential clerical and administrative support to the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and the Governing Body.
  • Providing diary management to the Principal and members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Co-ordinating the marketing of the academy by actively creating and sourcing material for publicity, engaging the media and promoting through social media.
We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • Experience in the development, management and operation of administrative systems
  • A positive outlook with a sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels
  • The ability to work to high standards, on your own initiative and also be effective as part of a team, often under pressure.
  • A desire to play a full part in the life of the school and the local community
