We are part of Finham Park Multi Academy Trust; a growing organisation which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.

We wish to appoint a Site Services Officer to be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, accessible and secure environment for our happy and successful school. The successful candidate will play a key role in this essential school team, with responsibility for undertaking aspects of the facilities management including:
•    Janitorial duties and maintenance tasks to a high standard.
•    Security of the buildings and grounds including routine and non-routine opening of the premises.
•    Health and Safety procedures and policy, ensuring that support is provided as necessary to the practices within school.

We are looking for someone who:
•    Is committed to achieving the highest of standards.
•    Has a background as a craftsman/machinist or able to show proven skill in one or more areas of maintenance.
•    Can liaise and communicate effectively with other others on an inter-personal level in respect of duties to be performed and deadlines to be met.
•    Follow recognised/agreed procedures and regulations in respect of duties to be performed on lettings, heating, cleaning, janitorial issues in accordance with Health & Safety considerations and emergencies.
•    Can move equipment/objects, clear site, undertake general manual tasks.
•    Works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour.
