About The Role
Part Time 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant required from February 2022
Victoria Community School is a successful, vibrant, multicultural school which serves a majority minority ethnic community unique within Staffordshire where over 90% of our pupils speak English as an additional language.
We require an enthusiastic and energetic SEN teaching assistant to support an individual child within a Year 6 class who has an Education Health Care Plan from February 2021. This is a part time temporary post for 25 hours a week based at our Orchard site. Applicants should be:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
- Have experience of supporting children’s learning in a school
- Have experience of SEN and/or KS2.
- Have good communication skills.
