Sherbourne Fields is an outstanding all age special school for pupils with a broad spectrum of need including physical disabilities, medical conditions and learning needs. With 220 pupils on role, we are an extremely busy school, and as such are looking for someone who can multitask whilst remaining calm and focused throughout.

We are looking to recruit an Office Manager to lead a small team of administration staff whilst taking charge and improving the delivery of whole school administration processes.

As Office Manager you will have responsibility for finance (2 days per week), and administration (3 days per week). You will also be expected to adapt to the changing environment which will include supporting the admin team with reception duties as and when required.

You will be working to support the school Business Manager with administration on a day to day basis. This will include responsibility for reviewing and updating school polices (as directed by the Business Manager); management of the single central record; school Census returns; monitoring and recording staff absence and procurement responsibilities.

The successful candidate would ideally have FMS and SIMS.Net experience, and will have worked in an education setting. However, experienced and committed office professionals will be considered.
