Are you highly motivated, well organised and looking for a long term career in school finance?

In January 2018, Rushall Primary School and Oakwood Special School federated to become the North Star Federation.  Oakwood is a primary specialist provison for children with complex SEND. Rushall is a one form entry primary school, with an additional resourced provision for children on the autism spectrum.  In addition, the federation has a commissioned SEND service – North Star Advisory Team (NIAT) that offers SEND support to other schools.

We are looking to appoint a school business administrator to work across the North Star Federation supporting a very experienced existing business team. A full induction and training package will be available.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and hardworking team of teachers, TAs and business support across our innovative, creative and supportive federation.

The role will incorporate general administrative tasks as well as providing financial administrative support to the Federation Business Manager including analysing data and assisting with procurement.

Governors want to appoint a dedicated applicant with excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.

We need someone who will embrace our inclusive and creative philosophy and help us further develop an environment where every child reach their full potential and be the best they can possibly be!

The North Star Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure check along with relevant employment checks.
