Site Manager - The Priory Primary

We are seeking to appoint a proactive and reliable Site Manager who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious, to undertake the role of Site Manager at The Priory Primary School which incorporates a Children’s Centre and a private Day Nursery.

You should:

• Be able to work flexible hours, including regular split shifts
• Have a good working knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices to ensure a secure and safe working environment
• Be able to demonstrate a sense of pride to ensure our premises and grounds look their best
• Be able to lead a dedicated team of cleaners ensuring that the environment is stimulating and fit for purpose
• Be reliable, flexible, and punctual with good interpersonal skills
• Be able to undertake routine maintenance and demonstrate basic practical skills and general D.I.Y.
• Have a basic knowledge of ICT
