Finham Park School is the Lead School in the recently established Finham Park Multi Academy Trust. Primary and secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.

Finham Park School was judged as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted in 2015, for the second time. It is a Specialist College in Mathematics, Science, Technology and Engineering, a National Support School, and Leading Edge School.  It is highly over-subscribed with a growing Sixth Form of over 350 students.  We have recently been re-accredited as a World Class School in July 2018 – endorsing that Finham Park School is a place where all our students develop a love of “learning for life” and contribute on both the national and international stages.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic HLTA Student Support. The successful applicant will join an established team who are committed to supporting the teaching staff to ensure that Finham Park students have the best educational “experience” possible. The role will support the classroom teacher with their responsibility for the development and education process, by using their best endeavours and specialist knowledge to provide care and supervision to young people.

Company

Schools in the Finham Park Multi Academy Trust will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all children from the age of 3-19 where the artificial barriers of stage and age are removed. Our education will aim to exceed the highest national and international benchmarks for academic achievement, whilst ensuring young people develop a passion for learning in all its contexts and are ready to take their place as active members of our global community.

The schools in Finham Park Multi Academy Trust will seek to move beyond collaboration and into co-construction – ensuring our education is developed with and by all members to reflect the needs of our children, their families and the wider community.
