Administration Assistant

Governors wish to appoint a friendly, efficient person, receptive to our Catholic ethos to support our school Office Manager.

The successful applicant will have/be:

• Experience of working in a busy office environment
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, patient demeanor
• Good skills in English, Mathematics and ICT
• Able to prioritise, use initiative and work under pressure

• NVQ2 in Business/School Administration or equivalent qualification, or has suitable experience in a similar role
• A working knowledge of SIMs (Training will be provided)

Duties will include:

• Day-to-day clerical/administrative tasks;
• Reception/telephone duties;
• Handling and recording monies;
• Support with financial administration including invoices;
• Processing admissions;
• Attendance monitoring, data inputting etc.
