The Federation of Heathfields Infant and Wilnecote Academy provide education for children aged between 4-11 years and are looking for a Teaching Assistants to join our happy, positive and developing team.

We currently require a Fixed term Teaching Assistant to work in the Early Years Reception Class until 22^nd July 2022. You will work under the direct instruction of teaching staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher.  Work will be carried out in the classroom, or outside the main teaching area on a 1:1 basis or with small groups.

Salary:                                     Grade 3 (£18,562 - £18,933) scp 3 pro-rata (actual salary £14,024.84)

Number of hours per week:   32.5 hours (8:30am to 4.00pm)

Vacancy type:                         Fixed term post, term time only (plus 5 inset days, 37 FTE)

Start Date:      Monday 7^th February (or as soon as possible depending on notice period) 

As part of the interview process, our Senior Leadership Team may wish to observe you lead a learning activity with children - more details will follow short listing.
