Solihull Childrens Services are looking to recruit two enthusiastic, motivated Business Support Assistants to join our friendly Business Support Teams.

Located in our modern offices at the Bluebell Centre and Chelmunds Place in Chelmsley Wood, you will be part of a busy, supportive team that provides a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the social work teams based at the offices alongside a range of customers and stakeholders. Duties will include maintaining information systems (both computerised and manual), acting as the point of contact for families and young people and providing general administrative support, for example; answering telephones, responding to emails, photocopying, filing and word processing.

You will need basic numeracy and literacy skills and good Microsoft Office skills are also essential, including using spreadsheets in Excel, typing documents in Word and the use of Outlook for communicating and organising.

You will also have:

- Experience of office administration

- Good communication skills

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
